Employment Solutions has a track record as not only a sustainable service provider to persons with disabilities, but also as an innovative organisation initiating and managing enterprise development projects.
Our enterprise development partners are:
- AfriGIS (Pty) Ltd: A GIS data capturing project has been established. Persons with disabilities were initially trained at the company’s premises. They compiled a training manual and adapted it to the needs of persons who are deaf. Currently this enterprise supplies AfriGIS with captured and quality assessed GIS data.
- NCP Chlorchem: In July 2018, a document scanning unit was established to focus on scanning archive material for the company. This project created employment opportunities for persons with disabilities who were previously unemployed. Currently recent documents are also being scanned.
The activities range include the compiling of spreadsheets that indicate the content scanned, quality scanning, as well as quality control before documents are returned for warehousing.
